Driving Innovation in Uzbekistan: C5+O.N.E. Participants Explore Modern Automotive Manufacturing

Learning goes beyond the classroom in the C5+O.N.E. Program. On August 14, 2026, Cohort 6 participants from Tashkent visited UzAuto Motors Powertrain.

During the visit, participants toured the engine production facilities and observed how engines for Chevrolet vehicles are manufactured using advanced technologies, robotics, and automated systems. They also learned about the companyโ€™s production processes, international manufacturing standards, quality control systems, occupational safety practices, and supply chain management.

The visit provided participants with a closer look at one of Uzbekistanโ€™s leading industries and demonstrated how innovation, technology, and high production standards contribute to economic growth.

Through field visits like this, the C5+O.N.E. Program continues to connect English learning with real-world professional experiences, helping participants develop industry knowledge.

๐Ÿ‚ YPIP Alumni Autumn Meetup Highlights

On September 27, 50 YPIP alumni gathered at the Tashkent Botanical Garden for a cozy autumn meetup, bringing everyone together to reconnect, learn, and build new connections.

With the latest cohort officially joining the alumni community, the meetup began with an interactive networking session. Alumni from different cohorts got to know one another, shared their professional experiences, and connected with fellow program graduates.

The main session, โ€œOperations Management for Work Optimization,โ€ was led by 2021 YPIP alumna Nigora Jabborova, who explored how AI and operational approaches can help improve workflows, streamline processes, and support more efficient ways of working.

The meetup wrapped up with pizza, relaxed conversations, and additional networking, giving alumni more opportunities to strengthen connections across cohorts.
