From December 4 to 15, the pre-test for applicants of the third cohort of the C5+O.N.E. (Opening Networks Through English) Program took place in Tashkent and Karshi cities. A total of 160 participants, representing over 20 organizations, including Ministries, Agencies, Higher Education Institutions, and NGOs, participated in the adaptive KITE (Kaplan International Tools for English) test to assess their English proficiency levels.
