🎉The ESN Cohort 4 Community of Practice (CoP) training is making a comeback! We're thrilled to announce that in March 2024, secondary school English teachers in Uzbekistan will dive into an enriching learning experience.
Our ESN team, alongside 450 Core Trainers (CTs) and Regional Peer Mentors (RPMs), recently hosted dynamic one-day Training of Mentors (ToM) sessions in 13 vibrant cities on January 26-27.
🎯 The aim? To fine-tune CoP session plans and materials for a stellar learning journey with our Mentees.
📚ToM sessions covered key topics like Working with Adults, Microteaching Sessions, Mentoring, 6Ps & TETE Planning, and Community of Practice Observations.
🚀 During our travels to these regions, the energy and enthusiasm from our ESN participants were truly inspiring! Best wishes to our incredible ESN CTs and RPMs.

FEP Fellows, Nafisa Komilova and Nodirbek Ismailov, had the privilege of experiencing an American-style luncheon.
Mr. Bronson Stillwell and Mrs. Evelyn Stillwell graciously hosted the University of Arkansas fellows on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at their residence in Fayetteville as part of the Lunch in America program designed for incoming international students at the University of Arkansas. The luncheon featured a delightful array of dishes commonly enjoyed in Southern households, including chicken spaghetti, lentil soup, homemade bread, and more.
