📆 On August 29th, YPIP participants had the opportunity to attend a session led by Jamshid Akhmadaliev. The focus of the session was on the essential rules of personal branding, a crucial skill in today’s digital landscape.
🎤 Jamshid Akhmadaliev, a Marketing and PR officer at Webster University in Tashkent, has extensive education and background in marketing and PR, having studied in Europe and the United States through numerous competitive scholarship programs, including the Global UGRAD and Erasmus.
⚡️ Mr. Akhmadaliev shared valuable tips on how to effectively create content that resonates with your audience. He emphasized the importance of authenticity and consistency in building a personal brand that stands out. Participants learned about various platforms for content creation and how to engage meaningfully through comments and interactions.
🇺🇸The Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP) is funded by the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent and implemented by American Councils for International Education.

🚀 The 4th Cohort of the Young Professional Internships Program Celebrates a Successful Capstone Presentation and Closing Ceremony!
🗓 On August 30th, the 4th cohort of the Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP) concluded their internships with an End of Program Capstone event. Participants were joined by mentors and host companies to celebrate their achievements. U.S. Ambassador Jonathan Henick and American Councils Country Director Eric Hansen shared congratulatory remarks.
🎓 From June to August 2024, 70 students and recent graduates from across Uzbekistan completed internships at 30 various Tashkent-based companies. They also participated in 19 professional development sessions with six international and ten local experts throughout the program.
🏭 This transformative experience helped participants sharpen their professional skills and expand their networks through collaboration with local mentors and companies. Already, 30% of YPIP 2024 alumni have secured positions at their host companies or elsewhere.
🎉 American Councils for International Education congratulates the YPIP Cohort 4 alumni for their hard work and dedication. We are confident your future careers will be filled with success and remarkable achievements.

From August 13-15, Fergana City hosted a dynamic Youth Employment Skills (YES) Activity training for 18 teachers and 21 afterschool business club mentors in pilot schools. They explored the 2024-2025 curriculum and innovative methods like Universal Design Learning (UDL) and Positive Youth Development (PYD). 📝
Following hands-on simulations and skill-building exercises, participants earned their well-deserved certificates!

🌟 Community Engagement Event in Uchkoprik, Fergana!
On September 10, the USAID Uzbekistan Youth Employment Skills (YES) Activity hosted a Community Engagement Event in Uchkoprik, focusing on after-school entrepreneurship, soft skills development, and work readiness programs.
To enhance these critical areas, the YES Activity continues to strengthen collaboration with the Ministry of Preschool and School Education (MoPSE), private sector partners, and local government and community organizations in the pilot region.
During the event, our trainers, Akmal Nishonov and Muhabbat Bahodirovna, provided valuable insights into the YES Activity's goals and objectives to prepare youth for future career opportunities.

Ushbu sohalarni yanada rivojlantirish maqsadida YES loyihasi Maktabgacha va maktab ta'limi vazirligi (MMTV), xususiy sektor hamkorlari hamda mahalliy hokimiyat organlari va jamoat tashkilotlari bilan hamkorlikni mustahkamlashni davom ettirmoqda.
