A competency based curriculum is set to be developed by integrating biomedical science ,public health and clinical medicine to help the trainee be *community and family -oriented problem -solving health worker*
Ethiopia has a total of 13000 Health Officer both in Public and Private and the need for a career path for the officers is key
Health Officers are currently being trained on advanced courses like integrated emergency Surgical officers (IESO), they are trained in non Clinical discipline like MPH ,MSCH etc ,they are trained as Medical Doctors in a accelerated training
Now Health Officers to be a health carder trained in Clinical Medicine and Public Health at baccalaureate level will have their degree named #BACHELOR OF CLINICAL MEDICINE and PUBLIC HEALTH
A career path will have those currently with Bachelor of Health Officer specialize in
~Intergrated Emergency Surgical Officer (2-3yrs)
~Integrated Clinical and Community Psychiatry(2-3yrs)
~integrated Pediatrics and Child Health (2-3yrs)
~Doctor of Family Health (2-3yrs )
And those who will now have the Bachelor of Clinical Medicine and Public Health take MSc in the following

We are also working to automate registrar services and integrate with the system. As the system is secured each students/instructors should create a unique account to get any service.

The college online E-learning system is launched. The system allows instructors and students to communicate directly once they are registered. It allows students to view and download teaching materials and take online exams sent by their respective instructors.
Currently, we have registered all students in the system except those whose names and mobile numbers are not sent to us or those with incomplete data. Such students must report to the Dean office as soon as possible.
