Some of the Tu-95MS strategic bombers have conducted launch maneuvers from western Vologda Oblast. If the launches were real and not simulated, then we should expect to see Kh-101 cruise missiles enter Ukrainian airspace in around 100 minutes.

Not all of the Tu-95MS have launched yet, and not all 10 are expected to launch missiles.

The 5 Tu-160M strategic bombers are expected to carry out launch maneuvers soon too. They will launch the majority of the Kh-101s used in this attack (at least 50).
