Emergency power outages have been implemented across Kyiv City, Kyiv Oblast, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as a result of Russia's massive overnight combined missile and drone attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

These emergency power outages are on top of ongoing rolling blackouts.

In addition to Russia's massive missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure across Ukraine, at least 17 Geran-2 drones attacked the Vylkove and Izmail Ports along the Danube River in southern Odesa Oblast.

Prior to this, the Zatoka Bridge was attacked by 2-3 UMPB-5 jet-powered glide-bombs, 2 Kh-59/69 cruise missiles, and approximately 7 S8000 Banderol cruise missiles.

More than 200,000 residents of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have been left without power following Russia's massive missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure in the region.

At least 25 missiles of various types (Kh-101, Iskander-M, and Kn-23) struck the Prydniprovsky and Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plants in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih. The vast majority (~21) struck the Prydniprovsky TPP.

Russian Geran-4 jet-drones struck four more Ukrainian locomotives, in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv Oblasts.

There is a possibility of Russia carrying out an attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure using Iskander-K cruise missiles later today.

4 groups of Kh-101 cruise missiles launched by a single Tu-160 are entering Ukrainian airspace via Luhansk Oblast, flying past Kharkiv Oblast.
