Overnight, Russia carried out a large-scale Geran-2/4 drone attack on Dnipro, primarily targeting the Prydniprovsky Thermal Power Plant. At least 22 Geran-2 drones and 3 Geran-4 jet-drones were used. A large fire broke out at the power plant following theโฆ
Judging by the official statement by the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, it also seems that one of the two 150 kV electrical substations in the nearby town of Samar was also hit by Geran-4 jet-drones last night.

The head of the Donetsk OVA stated that over 60% of Ukrainian-controlled Donetsk Oblast will not have any heating this winter.
The biggest efforts are underway in Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, where local authorities are attempting to prepare for the heating season, prioritising these last two regional centres over the remaining towns and villages still under Ukrainian control. Areas too close to the frontline - which by now is a large portion of the remnants of Donetsk Oblast - will be largely ignored due to the dangers of even being there.
New resilience points and heating points are being prepared; firewood, stoves, and other necessities are being prepared; and widespread evacuations of civilians from the region are taking place.

After their oil tankers in the Red Sea were hit and control over the strategic Bab al-Mandeb Strait lost, Saudi Arabia approached Ansarallah to ask what it would take for a negotiated settlement to be made, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Houthis response was $51 Billion USD, which they said would be needed cover the cost of over a decade of Saudi strikes and blockade. They also reportedly demanded that Saudi Arabia recognise Ansarallah as the legitimate rulers of Yemen, "for good measure".
