At least two Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers are conducting training exercises from Ukrainka Airbase in the Far East.

These were two of the aircraft which partook in the most recent massive missile attack on Ukraine using strategic aviation. They will presumably not be re-equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles for at least another week.

For the last 30 minutes, Ukraine has been repeatedly shelling the Shebekino and Belgorod Districts of Belgorod Oblast, as well as the Pogar District of Bryansk Oblast, with long-range MLRS, including possibly HIMARS rockets.

I honestly think we might see an unprecedented mass exodus of civilians from Kyiv and other regions to the western regions of Ukraine this winter, as the energy situation becomes catastrophic for ordinary people.

Keep in mind, all these mass power outages are happening 43 days before winter even STARTS. Energy consumption is nowhere near its highest yet, and some parts of Kyiv are already seeing only a few hours of electricity per day.

Also, not only will this affect the Ukrainian economy and ordinary people, it will also affect enterprises of Ukraine's military-industrial complex, which can't exactly be evacuated to western Ukraine for a single winter.

Ukraine has reportedly begun testing exo-atmospheric air defence systems intended to counter Russian Oreshnik IRBMs and other similar missiles.

Three exo-atmospheric kill system test launches have reportedly been carried out so far, including one that is “piggybacked” off a “very high-flying” aircraft.

Ukrainian people’s deputy Fedir Venislavskyi stated that this is a priority now, and that work is underway to see if this can be brought into production. Although, he admitted that funding would be a major issue, given the huge demands of the war.
