Another petrol station has been struck by a Russian Geran-4 jet-drone in Kyiv, this time in the Holosiivskyi District.

A large fire subsequently broke out.

A fourth Russian Geran-4 jet-drone strike was just carried out, this time on the Rembaza District in the southeastern part of the city.

A second drone is flying near the city right now.

The frontline is approaching, and the town has now been mostly emptied of civilians. In recent weeks, Russia has begun consistently striking the high-rise buildings there with KAB glide-bombs for the first time.

Another explosion was just heard in Kyiv from a Russian Geran-4 jet-drone strike on the southeastern suburbs.

This is the 5th strike so far this morning.

A column of smoke is seen rising over the city of Kovel, Volyn Oblast, following a Russian Geran-4 jet-drone strike.

The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that overnight Russian Geran-2/4 drone strikes on Odesa Oblast targeted three different logistics centres in Odesa, which were allegedly used to store and distribute military cargo.

They also claimed to have struck a warehouse in the village of Myrne used to store components for drones, as well as a dry cargo ship in the western Black Sea.

The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that overnight Geran-4 jet-drone strikes on Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast targeted a storage facility used to store materials for producing drones, and an industrial enterprise used to produce components for drones.

They have not yet commented on this morning's strikes on transport infrastructure, railway infrastructure, petrol stations, and warehouse infrastructure in Kyiv.

Ukrainian mid-range drones continue to heavily strike energy and gas infrastructure across Russian-controlled Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv Oblasts; Crimea; and border regions of Russia.

Recent strikes over the last week targeted two 220 kV electrical substations, five 110 kV substations, and 17 other substations of unspecified sizes. Additionally, 10 different gas distribution stations and one gas compressor station were hit.

These recent Ukrainian mid-range drone strikes on energy infrastructure has revealed some of Russia's reconstruction progress in former frontline areas of Ukraine.

Interestingly, one of the substations hit was in the village of Hrakove, Kharkiv Oblast, which would indicate that at some point Russia restored electricity supply to parts of the small corner of Kharkiv Oblast it still controls and retained after the 2022 Ukrainian counteroffensive. To my knowledge, this is the first ever visually confirmed Ukrainian FP-2 mid-range drone strike on energy infrastructure in Russian-controlled Kharkiv Oblast.

Another substation in the village of Volodymyrivka, Luhansk Oblast, near the border with Kharkiv Oblast, was also hit. Volodymyrivka was directly on the frontline up until 2024, when Russian forces initiated offensive operations to reach the Oskil River south of Kupyansk. As of now, it is around 12.5 km from the frontline.

Additionally, the main substation supplying the city of Selydove, Donetsk Oblast, was hit. Selydove is the only city post-2022 that was captured without it being destroyed, and represents a small pocket of life in the flattened wastelands of Donbas due to its relatively short and not particularly intense battle. Considering that schools were re-opened in the city several months after its capture, it's not surprising that electricity has been restored as well.
