A FlyDubai Boeing 737 flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv has likely been hijacked, and Israeli Air Force fighter jets have reportedly been scrambled. FlightRadar24 showed the aircraft squawking an 7700 emergency code, before it rapidly dropped in altitude and speed.

Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz are currently holding an emergency meeting with senior Israeli officials. Israeli media reports that the aircraft is expected to land in Saudi Arabia in the next ~5 minutes.

Ben Gurion International Airport has been temporarily closed until the incident is over.

The aircraft is likely about to land at Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

160 passengers are onboard the aircraft, 100 of which are reportedly Israeli.

Israeli media is now reporting that it likely was not a hijacking, but rather an incident of violence onboard.

Kramatorsk continues to be "de-civilianised".

From today, all traffic lights will stop working across all of Kramatorsk due to the deteriorating security situation and high activity of Russian FPV drones.

Public transport will likely follow soon after.

⚡️🇦🇪 The two pilots had not been fighting over political or social reasons, apparently, one of the pilots was suicidal and tried to crash the plane, the other pilot prevented his suicide attempt and disarmed him.

That is to say, the security checks to make sure no one sympathizes with Hamas or the Arab conflicts made the security organs of the UAE and Israel completely forget the possibility that they might have had a maniac.

The IRGC has attacked an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz with a drone/anti-ship cruise missile.

A Russian Geran-4 jet-drone struck a transmission tower in Kyiv today, collapsing the upper half of the pylon.

The drone was equipped with a new cumulative-cutting specialized warhead, designed to destroy reinforced structures, including bridges, fortified energy infrastructure, and pipelines. The warhead consists of a central warhead weighing 40 kg, and four striking modules each weighing 5 kg.

The equipment of Geran-4 jet-drones with these new warheads was first recorded on September 23, and was used for the first time today.

Yesterday, for the first time, debris was found of a modified "9M723-2F3" Iskander-M ballistic missile in Kyiv.

This modified missile is equipped with an improved high-explosive and armour-piercing warhead, designed to destroy fortified and underground structures. It is able to deploy decoy radar targets during its terminal phase to decrease its chance of being shot down. Nevertheless, 2 of these missiles were shot down by Patriot systems on September 29. I initially confused them as Oniks missiles, likely due to these radar decoys being deployed.

It's currently unclear if this is the same missile as the well-reported "Iskander-1000" missile, which is an Iskander-M with an extended range of 1000 km (the stated range of ordinary Iskander-Ms is 500 km).

It's likely that Russia intends to use this missile to destroy fortifications constructed around energy infrastructure objects and other critical infrastructure, alongside the new Geran-4 jet-drones equipped with similar cumulative-cutting specialized warheads, which were first used on a transmission tower in Kyiv today.
