Scenes from Kyiv during the ballistic missile attack earlier in the night. Around 6-8 RM-48U modified S-400 missiles were used, targeting the CHP-4 combined heat and power plant and possibly the Darnytsia Locomotive Depot.

Large fires broke out following the strikes. Once again, there was a failure to detect the missiles being launched. I still believe this is due to the type of missiles being launched (modified air defence missiles) rather than the U.S. cutting off satellite intelligence to Ukraine. When all other types of missiles were launched, threats were issued before-hand.
