In addition to Russia's massive missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure across Ukraine, at least 17 Geran-2 drones attacked the Vylkove and Izmail Ports along the Danube River in southern Odesa Oblast.

Prior to this, the Zatoka Bridge was attacked by 2-3 UMPB-5 jet-powered glide-bombs, 2 Kh-59/69 cruise missiles, and approximately 7 S8000 Banderol cruise missiles.

More than 200,000 residents of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have been left without power following Russia's massive missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure in the region.

At least 25 missiles of various types (Kh-101, Iskander-M, and Kn-23) struck the Prydniprovsky and Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plants in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih. The vast majority (~21) struck the Prydniprovsky TPP.

As of the time of writing, it appears that Ukrainian air defence was able to shoot down a *minimum* of 29 Kh-101 cruise missiles.

Ukraine's interception rate was much lower than usual for this attack. Only around 29 out of ~70 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched were shot down.

In my opinion, this was due to a combination of poor weather conditions, a complete overwhelming of air defences due to the sheer number of missiles used all at once, an exhaustion of air defences from the ~2,000 Geran-2/4/5 drones used over the 72 hours prior, and a lack of interceptor missiles. The vast majority of the interceptions were carried out by F-16 and Mirage-2000 fighter jets.
