Tonight, there is an increased threat of Russia carrying out a large-scale attack on energy infrastructure in Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast using ballistic missiles.

Up to 30 Iskander-M and RM-48U modified S-400 ballistic missiles are ready in Bryansk Oblast. Several Zircon hypersonic and Oniks-M supersonic cruise missiles from Kursk and Rostov Oblasts could also be used.

Additionally, up to 8 Kn-23 ballistic missiles from near Liski, Voronezh Oblast, could be used to attack Kremenchuk, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih.

Potential targets include: the CHP-4/5/6 Combined Heat and Power Plants in Kyiv; the Prydniprovsky, Kremenchuk, Trypillya, and Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plants in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, and Poltava Oblast; as well as the Vyshhorod and Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plants in Kyiv and Kirovohrad Oblasts.

There is also the possibility of Iskander-K cruise missiles being used.

Around 5 minutes ago, an attempt was made by Russia at shooting down a Ukrainian F-16/MiG-29/Su-27 aircraft flying south of Sumy, with a S-400 surface-to-air missile launched from near Lgov, Kursk Oblast.

Update: This was actually carried out by a Su-35 fighter jet, launching an R-37/77 air-to-air missile from south of Lgov, Kursk Oblast.

Ansarallah is currently attacking the Saudi border town of Sharurah with drones or missiles.

Alerts have already sounded twice in the last 20 minutes.

The IRGC attacked an oil tanker 50 nautical miles off the coast of Qatar in the Persian Gulf with two unknown projectiles.

New emergency power outages have been implemented across Kyiv Oblast following overnight Russian Geran-4 jet-drone strikes on energy infrastructure in the region.

The "Kyivska" 750 kV electrical substation and the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant were among the locations targeted last night.

In additional to the emergency power outages in Kyiv Oblast, new emergency power outages have been implemented in Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy Oblasts, as well as Kyiv City.

These run in addition to ongoing rolling blackouts.

During the night and this morning, Russia has repeatedly struck the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Plant in Vinnytsia Oblast with Geran-4 jet-drones.

A fire was reported at the facility earlier this morning following repeated strikes. The Ladyzhyn TPP has been repeatedly attacked over the last week, including with around two-dozen cruise missiles a couple of days ago.

Kyiv's mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that Kyiv is in the verge of a total blackout due to repeated Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, and that the continued existence of they city's energy facilities is "under great question".

Klitschko emphasised that no protection can save these energy facilities when they are hit so frequently.

IRGC ground forces commander Mohammad Karami visited IRGC personnel stationed on islands in the Strait of Hormuz recently.

Trolleybuses in the city of Horlivka, Russian-controlled Donetsk Oblast, are now being equipped with anti-drone cages and electronic warfare systems to protect against Ukrainian FPV drone attacks.
