Pich Khauong Punroth, an ICT student at AUPP and GPE Youth Leader from Cambodia, attended the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Board Meeting in Paris as an observer from June 2–4, 2026. 🇰🇭🇫🇷

Punroth brought the perspectives of young people into high-level discussions on education financing and the importance of ensuring quality, equitable, and inclusive education for every learner.

She also spoke at the launch of the Foundation for GPE, sharing insights from her experience working across Cambodia’s education sector and advocating for greater investment in education.

Proudly representing Cambodia and amplifying the voices of young people around the world, Punroth also signed the “Education Multiplies Possibility: Young People’s Call to Action,” joining youth leaders in calling for stronger investment in education and opportunities for every young person. 📚✨

Hok Kuncheat, an ITM and Computer Science student at AUPP, represented Cambodia at the Universal Youth Leadership Summit (UYLS) Indonesia 2026 in Bali under the theme “Sustainable Futures.” 🇰🇭🇮🇩

The international summit brought together young people and emerging leaders from around the world to develop leadership skills, exchange ideas and perspectives, collaborate across cultures, and build meaningful global connections.

Through this experience, Kuncheat had the opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives, connect with young leaders from around the world, and grow as a future leader beyond the classroom. 🦅💙

AUPP Law Students Contribute to Cambodia’s Evolving Legal Scholarship ⚖️📚

The AUPP Faculty of Law is proud to celebrate the achievements of two students, Mr. SE Chhunlim, Sophomore, and Ms. NHETH Vichetneath, a recent Bachelor of Laws graduate, whose research has been published in the 2026 Law Brief: Law and Innovation Economy.

Their research explores timely questions at the intersection of law, technology, business, and innovation:

• SE Chhunlim — “The Legal Implications of Deferred Equity: Reforming Cambodia's Legal Framework for Startup Equity Compensation.”

• NHETH Vichetneath — “When Digital Data Drives Market Power: Evaluating Cambodia's Competition Framework for App-Based Mobility Services.”
