Meet Srunhour Tech, an AUPP Class of 2025 graduate from the Bachelor of Arts in Law and an AUPPβUniversity of Arizona dual-degree program alumnus, now pursuing a Master of Finance at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in China. π¨π³
Srunhourβs AUPP experience was shaped by his passion for law, competition, and continuous learning. During his time at AUPP, he competed in 4 moot courts and became part of the team that won AUPPβs first-ever Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, representing Cambodia at the international competition in Washington, D.C. πΊπΈβοΈ
He is now continuing his academic journey at Tsinghua University, pursuing a Master of Finance with partial scholarship support and exploring his goal of building a career in venture capital and private equity.

How can Cambodia strengthen its commercial arbitration framework and build greater confidence in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)?
Our law student, Mr. Kimsuar TRY, has authored a research article on alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia under the supervision of Professor Aleksei GUDKOV.
The article examines Cambodiaβs progress in developing a modern commercial arbitration framework while exploring ongoing challenges, including inconsistencies between laws and regulations, uncertainty surrounding the enforcement of arbitral awards, and the need to strengthen institutional confidence.
Congratulations to Mr. Kimsuar TRY and Professor Aleksei GUDKOV on this valuable contribution to legal research and scholarship in Cambodia!
