Through this partnership, AUPP is launching dedicated scholarship opportunities for civil servants and the children of ministry staffβdirectly breaking down financial barriers and opening doors to world-class undergraduate and graduate education.
Beyond scholarships, both institutions will also collaborate on professional development activities, knowledge sharing, and joint initiatives that strengthen learning opportunities for ministry staff and AUPP students alike.

AUPP was honored to host H.E. Dr. Chheang Vannarith, Deputy Secretary-General and Chairman of the Advisory Council of the National Assembly, for a thought-provoking guest lecture on βNavigating a Dangerous World: Building a Coalition of the Willing Among Small States and Middle Powers.β
During the session, participants explored the challenges facing small states and middle powers in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment. The discussion highlighted the importance of diplomacy, strategic partnerships, multilateral cooperation, and the role of rules-based international order in safeguarding sovereignty and resilience.
