Meet Bunnat Noeun, AUPP Class of 2023, whose journey reflects leadership, dedication, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
A graduate of AUPP’s dual degree Law program, Bunnat is currently serving as an Assistant to Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia. He also serves as a member of the Policy Department of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures for the Education Sector of the Royal Government, 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
Expanding his academic journey beyond Cambodia, Bunnat is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Relations at Monash University, further strengthening his expertise in global affairs and public policy.

⚖️ Learning Beyond the Classroom at the ECCC
Students from the Law and Legal Systems 101 course at AUPP recently visited the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) Resource Center for an educational learning experience.
During the visit, students explored the history of the Khmer Rouge, gained insights into the ECCC's mandate and its role in delivering justice for victims, and learned about its lasting legacy in Cambodia. They also toured the Resource Library, Archives, and Multipurpose Hall, and were introduced to the ECCC Legacy Website as a valuable resource for legal research and historical learning.
At AUPP, experiential learning extends beyond the classroom, providing students with opportunities to engage directly with Cambodia's legal institutions and deepen their understanding of justice, history, and the rule of law.

Dr. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a PhD in Computer Engineering and Medical Physics from the University of Hokkaido. With over 30 years of professional experience in Japan, he has worked across video game development, medical imaging, and medical research.
