🎓✨ AUPP Alumni Highlight: Srunhour Tech
Meet Srunhour Tech, an AUPP Class of 2025 graduate from the Bachelor of Arts in Law and an AUPP–University of Arizona dual-degree program alumnus, now pursuing a Master of Finance at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in China. 🇨🇳
Srunhour’s AUPP experience was shaped by his passion for law, competition, and continuous learning. During his time at AUPP, he competed in 4 moot courts and became part of the team that won AUPP’s first-ever Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, representing Cambodia at the international competition in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸⚖️
He is now continuing his academic journey at Tsinghua University, pursuing a Master of Finance with partial scholarship support and exploring his goal of building a career in venture capital and private equity.
We’re proud to see Srunhour continue to grow beyond AUPP and pursue his ambitions on a global stage. 🌎💙

AUPP welcomed our newest students during New Student Orientation Fall II intake, bringing together the Class of 2030 for a day filled with new connections, exciting activities, and opportunities to discover university life.
From meeting their peers and learning about AUPP’s academic and student support services to getting to know the Student Government Association, exploring student clubs, and taking on the campus-wide scavenger hunt, our new Eagles had plenty of opportunities to connect and get involved. 🦅🎉
The day ended with a BBQ, giving students the chance to relax, share conversations, and make memories with their new friends. 🍖💙

⚖️📚 AUPP Student Research Spotlight: Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia
How can Cambodia strengthen its commercial arbitration framework and build greater confidence in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)?
Our law student, Mr. Kimsuar TRY, has authored a research article on alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia under the supervision of Professor Aleksei GUDKOV.
The article examines Cambodia’s progress in developing a modern commercial arbitration framework while exploring ongoing challenges, including inconsistencies between laws and regulations, uncertainty surrounding the enforcement of arbitral awards, and the need to strengthen institutional confidence.
Congratulations to Mr. Kimsuar TRY and Professor Aleksei GUDKOV on this valuable contribution to legal research and scholarship in Cambodia!
