In January 2025, alongside the leadership transition, the Adappter Foundation’s headquarters will be relocated.
Previously based in Hong Kong, the Adappter Foundation will operate a new entity in Costa Rica.
Costa Rica is known for its policies that encourage foreign investment and the establishment of international organizations.
Nonprofit foundations in Costa Rica benefit from tax advantages. Moreover, as a crypto-friendly nation, Costa Rica supports an active cryptocurrency ecosystem where Bitcoin can be used for tangible goods transactions.
