Summary:
Lenders
▫️ Each user will have the option to be made whole (as USDC) by remaining in the lending pool until the bad debt is fully paid back
▫️ $500k will be deposited into the lending pool just prior to relaunching, with $75k being deposited on a weekly cadence to start (potential to increase assuming no security concerns arise)
▫️ This will effect the exchange rate of ribUSDC to USDC to be 0.6553 (instead of the current 1.0394). As repayments come into the lending pool, the exchange rate will increase until its back at par with the pre-exploit rate. This will be clearly displayed on the UI before launch
▫️ The lending pool will remain capped at the new lending pool TVL
Farms
▫️ We will roll out with limited Farms (GLP, plvGLP) to start which have been thoroughly vetted by external security teams
▫️ Additional farms with chainlink oracles will be re-launched based on a phased approach after re-verification by external security teams (see full list in the document link attached)
▫️ Exploited farms have been killed
▫️ Those with open positions in farms that have not yet been unpaused will be able to withdraw funds
Protocol
▫️ We are engaged with 2 audit firms for the remaining farm strategies and core contracts
▫️ Engaged to set up a bug bounty pool on Immunefi
▫️ Updated the Farm roll-out and review process based on recommendations from third party security firms
▫️ Lending Utilization Rates will be restored to normal
