Why I skew short after reading the announcement is because to me it seems like Trump has accomplished whatever he set out to do pre-election. This EO marks the end of his promises to his pro-crypto voters as he has delivered what was originally promised.
There is very little incentive left for him to continue taking aggressive measures to enact pro-crypto policy. If you watch the video of him signing the EO, he's barely keeping up with what's going on and is heavily relying on Sacks on this + almost forgetting he promised it. To me this basically shows us how far down the priority list crypto is for the POTUS (and for good reason).
I don't expect further good news to come from the Summit tonight.

HashKey 거래소 거래량 근황
CMC에 올라와있는 Hashkey Global 거래소 거래량이 엄청 작아서 뭐지? 싶었는데..
사이트 들어가보니 진짜같네요.
HK 사이트에서는 거래량이 어느정도 있는 것 같은데, Global은 매우 바닥인 것 같습니다.
하루 스팟 거래량 $1.7m 거래소의 거코 MCAP이 82m, FDV가 620m..
더 발전해서 키맞추기가 가능하려나요?

1. HashKey 거래소 Spot 거래량 하루에 1.7m 수준
2. HashKey HK은 거래량이 더 높음, Global만의 문제로 보임
3. HSK 토큰의 MCAP은 82m, FDV는 620m. 하루 거래량 1.7m 거래소인것에 비해 고평가인게 아닐까 싶음

Two things come to mind on this relatively uneventful Monday:
1. You don’t need to always take shots. I’m using this time to mentally reset and explore other avenues of investing / life which are arguably better uses of my time now.
2. It’s not how often you’re right or wrong, but how much you make when you’re right and how much you lose when you’re wrong. In today’s environment every $ you save today will be worth materially more if you can keep it for the next upswing.
Enjoy your week!

Bullish news, but maybe not as bullish as one would interpret it at first sight :
- This only means that he has $21bn of 'capacity', but he could very well take 2 years to fill. The capacity was not the main obstacle in the first place anyway.
- The main obstacle is how much demand there is for the product + how much leverage he is willing to take
- The preferred stock issuance is the fundraising mechanism that leads to the largest increase in the MSTR leverage structure afaik. It is consistent with the idea that 'Q1 is for levering up' for MSTR
- All the funds raised through STRK ATM will be used for buying BTC, that's a certainty
- There is not a lot of volume on the $STRK stock, so I am not sure he will raise that much with it
- Bullish overall to see this, it confirms the fact that Saylor is still planning to be a buyer for now, and has not reached his ideal MSTR leverage ratio yet
