We now support DMA accounts through Open XTS integration.

To integrate your DMA account, please go to Broker Setup → Open XTS and fill in all the required details. Along with the existing information, you must now also provide your Dealer ID, as it is required for DMA account integration.

Hi we faced an issue today in the morning, here is how it affected you:

1. 920 Strategies: If your 920 strategies were already activated and in a running state, this issue did not affect your strategy execution. You may not have been able to log in to your account for some time, but your running strategies continued to work as expected.

2. Signals: If you received signals via tradingview or chartink, there is a chance that your signals were missed. This issue has been fixed and will not affect you now.

3. RA Algos and Crytobazaar: New Strategy and portfolio activation for RA algos and Cryptobazaar will not be available for sometime. Those who have already activated and are running their cryptobazaar or RA algos strategies will not be affected.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
