Just so everyone knows, Tommy is in court today regarding a case about a Syrian school kid.
The claimant has accused Tommy of spreading lies/misinformation about him on social media after an altercation between him and another child became global news.
You will receive updates about what’s happening here on Telegram and Parler.
Todays hearing is about striking the claimants case out or adjourning the case as CHY-NA virus restrictions (as well as a lack of disclosure by the claimant) has made it difficult for Tommy to adequately prepare his defence.
Who knows what the judge is going to do about this?
What we do know is when Tommy sits in front of a judge, it usually doesn’t end well for him.
Because of never ending LAWFARE used against Tommy he’s representing himself in court.
There’s no more money to cover expensive legal costs.
He’s NEVER been tried by a jury of his peers since his activism.

The court has been advised that Tommy was arrested in London and his phone was seized. His phone has a LOT of information on it that is crucial for his defence. As a result he lost touch with all of the people he needed to adequately prepare his defence.
Tommy also advised the court he was warned by West Yorkshire police about breaking covid regulations and that he rises being arrested if he travelled there to speak with anyone to prepare his defence.
Tommy told the court he’s not there to waste their time and that he has a minimum of 10 witnesses to help him prepare his defence. He just wants an opportunity to prove his case.
He advised the court he has a 150 pages of ‘disclosure’ from the claimant that are supposed to be a full account of his school report. Tommy said this report is ‘incomplete’.
Tommy said as he has to prepare an argument of ‘truth’, how can he do that with incomplete records with the threat of arrest due to covid lockdown regulations?
