Every day I let go of ‘worry’ a little more. And it feels so good. Worrying less about what others might think of me etc. I got in a bit of a worm hole, for eg. worrying about what to post in worry of what people might comment. (Circle of hell; worrying about worrying) I dunno, I guess I just figured out like....
If you worry what others might be thinking of you, you will never be your true self coz you will be changing little bits about you to fit in and adjust to mould their opinion of you.

When you let go of that worry your life gets way more fun! As soon as I let go of that worry I became happier. I’m falling in love with ME (properly) for the first time. Posting pictures I like, wearing clothes that I like...

That’s not to say I didn’t like what I was doing before, but it was all influenced by worrying about what others might think.

How exhausting. It turns out worrying about people liking you is very stressful (AND YOU CAN’T CONTROL IF SOMEONE LIKES YOU OR NOT ANYWAY) and when you let go of that worry, you become your true self and when you are comfortable and in love with yourself u won’t care if people like you or not. Because YOU like YOU. And YOU will be happy. And people like happy people.
