FOX just funded the next rigged election.

FOX was going to lose this case based on text messages from Tucker Carlson and others. Dominion received a litany of texts during discovery including things like:

"Sidney Powell is lying by the way. I caught her."

"At this point, Trump and Lin and Powell have so discredited their own case, and the rest of us to some extent, that it’s infuriating."

"The software shit is absurd."

Defamation cases come down to whether or not you were making defamatory statements intentionally.

Dominion had enough texts to make a case that FOX was running stories they didn't believe were true.

It doesn’t necessarily matter whether or not the claims WERE true. It matters whether or not FOX believed they were true at the time.

The texts clearly show Tucker and others were texting fellow FOX employees one thing, then saying contradictory things on air.

So, to be honest, I don’t blame FOX for settling. They probably would have lost if this went all the way.

Rupert Murdoch likely felt it was better for FOX as a whole to avoid Tucker, Hannity, and himself being publicly grilled over these texts on the witness stand.

However, I DO blame the people like Hannity and Tucker for not having the journalistic capacity to uncover the fact that Dominion machines are fraudulent.
