I moved over to SA in 2008 from NSW and have lived in the southern region of Adelaide for 14 years, I am married with 5 children and one grandchild, we have been a foster family for the past 11 years.
I have had a varied career history, having started my first job on a milk run at 14 while still at school, then holding positions in Warehousing, Transport, Training, Disability Employment, and in the Disability sector for the past 7 years.
I decided to stand for the seat of Mayo, as I have become disheartened at current politics in Australia and the disconnect between politicians and the electorate and I believe the only way I can effect change is as a Federal member of the Lower House with the support of the Australian Federation Party.
I am aligned with what the Australian Federation Party stands for and is trying to achieve, and I have desire to be a strong voice for the constituents of Mayo in the federal stage. My role as Federal Member of the lower house will be to serve the electorate with honesty, accountability, transparency, and integrity.
I have a strong work ethic and have always aimed to go above and beyond in my employment over the past 37 years since first starting work, and if elected to represent Mayo in the lower house, I will always work hard towards the best interests of the electorate at large.
