📣 Fight Against Anti-Student Refund Policy of IIMs & IITs 🚫💰



When a product is sold but returned unused, or when a promise of future services is sold and returned to the seller, it is common sense that the first customer/consumer has the right to a full or partial refund. However, this principle does not seem to apply to many IIMs & IITs. Shockingly, they are denying students their rightful refund just after the first day of classes! 😱😡



I can already hear some brilliant minds arguing that it was clearly stated in their policy, and students should have made an informed decision. Well, this is what they call "management." 🙄



But here's where my fight begins. It is a matter of CHOICE, a matter of EDUCATION. According to AICITE rules, if someone's seat is taken by another student, they should be entitled to a refund. I strongly believe that IIMs & IITs should adopt this fair practice. 💪✊

0️⃣ Send me your offer letter [unedited], where the last date of withdrawal is mentioned. 📜

1️⃣ If you have paid the fees for one IIM/IIT and decided to switch to another, please provide the fee receipts for both institutions. 💸💼

2️⃣ Did your first IIM/IIT refund your fees when you requested a refund after the specified last date? 🔄💵

3️⃣ If you can gather information about the last date of refund from reliable sources and email it to me, it would be tremendously helpful. 📆🔍
