自1997年香港從英國移交到中華人民共和國，中國屢次違反《中英聯合聲明》，並肆意打擊曾經應承左會俾香港人嘅公民自由。香港政府、親北京政客同中國共產黨沆瀣一氣，全面操縱《基本法》，深文羅織，已將行政、立法和司法機構化為政治武器，迫害香港嘅民主運動人士。今香港崩殂，已經導致香港人大規模流亡或移民。流亡海外嘅人，急需我地嘅支持，係英國發展港社人區，推廣獨特嘅香港形象，促進香港人融入英國社會，並在海外繼續香港嘅抗爭活動。
我哋嘅創始成員黎自唔同嘅背景。從2019年香港抗議前線，到長居西方嘅海外手足，以建立民主香港為共同目標。
我哋深信《中英聯合聲明》中對香港同香港人嘅承諾必需履行。移交主權二十三年，中方屢次單方面違反此國際條約，並一再破壞其法律效力。從干預香港事務到放棄普選權，再到香港警察嘅暴力鎮壓，以及頒布嚴苛嘅《國家安全法》以政治迫害香港抗爭者，可見中共暴虐侈傲、罄竹難書。
暖氣軍師撐香港懇請英國政府對中國採取更強硬嘅立場，包括以馬格尼茨基人權問責法制裁香港同中國政府踲官員，要佢地為不斷侵蝕香港的公民自由和法治承擔後果。

Justitia Hong Kong Manifesto
In the two decades since Hong Kong’s (‘HK’) handover from the United Kingdom to the People’s Republic of China (‘PRC’) in 1997, the PRC has repeatedly violated the Sino-British Joint Declaration and severely cracked down on civil liberties that were once promised to Hong Kongers. With substantial collusion between the Chinese central government, HK government and pro-Beijing politicians which culminated in a complete manipulation of the Basic Law, the Chinese Communist Party has weaponised the Executive, Legislative and Judicial bodies to politically persecute pro-democracy activists in HK. This has led, and will continue to lead, to a mass exodus of HK émigrés. There is now an urgent need to support exiled HK activists, to develop a HK community in the U.K., to promote the unique HK identity, to facilitate Hong Kongers’ integration into British society and to continue HK’s activism abroad. We aspire to achieve all of these goals.
Our founding members come from a variety of different backgrounds. From the front lines of the 2019 HK protests to overseas participants in the West, we are united by pro-democracy ideals and the betterment of HK.
We believe that the promises granted by the Sino-British Joint Declaration to HK and its people must be kept. In the years since the Handover, Chinese forces have unilaterally violated this international treaty and made repeated attempts to undermine its validity. From interference in HK’s affairs and reneging on universal suffrage to violent crackdowns by the HK Police Force and enactment of the draconian National Security Law to politically persecute HK activists, China has shown time again its unwillingness to play by its own rules.
Justitia implores the UK Government to take a much stronger stance with China, including targeted Magnitsky sanctions against HK and PRC government officials responsible for the continued erosion of HK’s civil liberties and rule of law.
The pro-democracy movement in HK was founded on the spirit and respect for differing opinions on direction and strategy. Justitia continues to embrace said diversity and shall maintain frequent dialogue with exiled activists. We welcome people from all backgrounds to join us in our fight against tyranny.

是次活動除左有悼念獻花外，更有幸邀請到專業舞蹈師May同一眾參與者，以行為藝術方式加強感染力令到富有文化氣色嘅英國本土人士有更高關注度以及作出即時反應！
再者，將會用到2019香港重大事件聲帶，情緒上感宣染香港抗爭活動。從而達到情緒上帶動本地大眾為香港發聲。

Composer's note
Why would someone from United Kingdom care about the protests in Hong Kong? As a Hongkonger in United Kingdom, watching injustice played in front of my eyes on my computer, I felt extremely indignant and exhausted. I was frustrated that there wasn't more people in United Kingdom who knows about the protests, and Hong Kong's historic connection with United Kingdom. Of course, I understand there are also many challenges and issues faced by people here too.
Hence, I felt I have a duty to inform more people in United Kingdom. Yet, living in a digital, with AI algorithm-infused world, I thought showing the facts or images might not be the best way to share the sentiments.
The music track is the compilation of emotions related to the protest, evoked by sounds of pain, anguish, despair but most importantly hope.
