Then you can file a RTI, to get your certified copies from ICAI. The cost structure for the same is Rs.10/- and the tenure to get the files via Email by ICAI is around 30 days.

You Can Request RTI Copies of All Subjects Or Any One You Want. You'll Have to Pay only Rs.10/-

It depends on You So You Can Request All Papers For Rs.10/- or any one/two/three, etc.
