. Check consulting roles, 30%+ is ideal
. Check roles, (take ABC & XL as benchmark & check if there are similar roles), 70%+ similar roles are very good
. Check for your dream Company
. Check avg growth wrt past year, must be least 10%
. Check diff in avg and median salary, ideal is <2 lakhs
. Must check avg of top 50 & 25% of the batch, if it's near 24 LPA it's (depending on tier) 🔥
. Check for location and infra
. Check ROI, 90%+ is ideal
. Check for PPO, if less than 30% of the batch is getting it then it's troublesome
. Must check companies coming in SIP
. Check for new recruiters, 25%+ new is ideal
. Must check batch dynamics & composition
. Do check academic and gender diversity in batch
. Talk to alumnis, ask for opportunities, not for packages
