Clues point to Russia being the culprit in at least 2 of the cases:
🔶 The Turkish owned General Cargo Ship — ROYAD MAMMADOV — flying under the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis, was struck and disabled on October 5th inside Romania's EEZ, departed Izmail, Odessa Oblast carrying grains bound for Ravenna, Italy. 2 out of the 11 crew members were killed. The ship became partially submerged but did not fully sink.
🔶 The Ukrainian owned General Cargo Ship — CHELSEA 3 — flying under the flag of Malta, was struck and disabled on October 13th inside Bulgaria's EEZ. It departed from Girsun, Turkey and was bound for Giurgiulești, Moldova.
The three other ships that were hit are:
🔶 The General Cargo Ship — ABLE — flying under the flag of Palau, was struck and disabled on October 6th inside Bulgaria's EEZ. It departed Galați, Romania and was headed for Istanbul, Turkey. Although it wasn't mentioned what cargo it was carrying, the ship was likely carrying grains or other agricultural products from Ukraine who has been evading Russia's naval blockade using Romanian and Bulgarian ports.
🔶 The General Cargo Ship — ALFA WATAN — flying under the flag of Togo, was struck and sunk on October 6th inside Bulgaria's EEZ. It departed Turkey and was headed for Sulina, Romania from where it would have sailed through the Sulina canal to one of the Romanian ports on the Danube, Galați or Brăila.
🔶 The General Cargo Ship — HS DIGNITY — flying under the flag of Guinea-Bissau, was struck and sunk on October 13th inside Bulgaria's EEZ. It departed Algeria and was bound for Brăila, Romania. The crewmembers have not been rescued and are listed as missing.
Based off the departure and destination ports, clues point to Russia as the likely culprit for all 5 of these incidents even if only one of the vessels had Ukrainian managers and another one departed from a Ukrainian port.
Romania and Bulgaria's EEZ is not covered by NATO's article 5 as the EEZ or Exclusive Economic Zone is not considered "sovereign territory". Territorial waters comprise the area between the coast up to 12 nautical miles after which the EEZ begins and extends up to 200 nautical miles from the coast.

The program will apply only for Lebanese residents in Beirut and the southern suburbs which were extensively bombed by Israel.
A Lebanese family may receive as much as $14k if living in Beirut or $12k if living in the suburbs. The money will be going to home owners who lost their properties, not tenants.
Payments will be made in four instalments over one year, starting with $3,500 for families in Beirut and its southern suburbs and $3,000 elsewhere.
Reuters reported last week that Hezbollah had received $200 million from Iran to help displaced Lebanese families, citing two people with direct knowledge of the transfer, though the US disputed Tehran's ability to provide such financial assistance.
It is unclear how Iran was able to transfer the money to Hezbollah with some reports claiming that Iranian operatives were traveling to car to Iraq carrying $10k each in cash, boarding a plane for Beirut and handing the cash in person to Hezbollah.

Conflict observers noticed an odd flight on October 13th. A Ukrainian Air Force Il-76MD heavy transport aircraft flew from Lvov to Sharorah Airport in southern KSA near the Yemeni border.
A few hours later, a Lockheed L-100-30 Hercules transport aircraft operated by Uganda-based Israeli businessman, Barak Orland, who owns an airline in the country, BAR Aviation Uganda, landed at Sharorah Airport. It is unclear what cargo the aircraft was carrying.
Earlier in August, Chief of Staff of the Ugandan military, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, unveiled a statue, he personally commissioned, of Yonatan Netanyahu, the brother of the Israeli prime-minister, at the Entebbe Airport, the headquarters of BAR Aviation Uganda. The Entebbe Airport was the scene of the Entebbe Raid in 1976 when the Mossad rescued 102 of the 106 Israeli hostages taken captive after the hijacking of Air France Flight 139 by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLO) and the Revolutionary Cells, a West German communist group with support for the dictator of Uganda at the time, Idi Amin.
Yonatan Netanyahu was killed in the operation along with 4 hostages.

AMK Mapping
Ukrainian channel DroneBomber reports that Starlink disruptions, including connectivity issues with drones at speeds of 60-70 km/h, are now being recorded in all frontline sectors. Previously, these issues were only affecting mid-to-long-range drone strikes.…
Ukrainian president, Vladimir Zelensky, said he did not receive any advanced warning from "his partners" when Russia launched a new missile attack on several Ukrainian cities targeting power stations and power plants.
The American satellites Ukraine relies on for missile defense failed due to bad weather an excuse which Ukraine doesn't buy.
The sources said the U.S. had failed to provide intelligence on Russian ballistic missile launches during one previous instance earlier this year, citing the need to focus more resources on the Middle East.
The missiles were launched from bases in the Bryansk Oblast at roughly 3 AM local time.
A cursory look at a weather satellite map of Russia shows extensive cloud cover over most of European Russia from where the missiles were launched which confirms the "bad weather" excuse invoked by the satellite operators. Dense cloud cover makes it virtually impossible to detect missile up until they breach the cloud cover and reach the stratosphere by the time which it is far too late for any preventive measures to be taken.

🇨🇦 🇮🇳 🚷 Canada may need 15 million workers over the next decade, says Indian envoy
Speaking in an interview, Patnaik linked the potential demand to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney's target of catalysing $1 trillion in investments over the next five to 10 years. "Canada is a country of 42,000,000 people. Your workforce is reducing every year, and the calculation is that about 186,000 to 200,000 jobs are going down every year, not jobs, people in the workforce. You have about 21 million in the workforce, and they're retiring at the rate of about 25 to 26,000 people a week, a month, and so it's about 186,000 in a year," Patnaik said.
According to Patnaik, every $1 billion in capital investment typically requires between 10,000 and 15,000 workers. Applying this estimate to the proposed investment target, he projected a potential requirement of up to 15 million workers.
Patnaik also highlighted Canada's demographic challenges, noting that the country has a population of around 42 million and faces a shrinking share of working-age people. He estimated that retirements are reducing Canada's workforce by between 186,000 and 200,000 people annually.

The Democrats when they win in the Midterms will investigate EVERYBODY & find everything.. It's gonna make Watergate look like a joke.
You're going to hear about this for the next 2 years while you pay $5 a gallon for Gas.

Fresh off a deal giving America a permanent military foothold on the Arctic island, Trump is promising an energy boom too:
“Any future attack on the United States will have to come across Greenland, where our Defense will routinely knock down drones, missiles, or any other form of weapon not yet even conceived.”
The defense side checks out, since the deal lets the US build bases and scout a Golden Dome missile defense site there.
The oil is the harder sell... Greenland’s government controls its own resources and blocked a US company from drilling in August, so expect Washington to lean HARD on Nuuk for permits before anyone pumps a barrel.

🇺🇸 🇹🇼 🏭 Trump: Taiwan has just agreed to buy 30% of the gas coming off the pipeline for the next 20 years. That guarantees a success.
It's one of the biggest commitments in history for anything. It's one of the biggest deals ever made.
Taiwan will also invest $4.4 billion into the project on top of $50 billion already committed by South Korea to Alaska.
