Cardano Governance Hours #3
This session takes a deep dive into the Pebble + Gerolamo – HLabs 2026 Budget proposal, together with the proposer, Michele Nuzzi, Founder of Harmonic Laboratories.
📅 Tuesday, April 14, 12:00 – 13:00 (UTC)
With the recent excitement around multiple alternative node clients, this session is a chance to get a deeper understanding of Gerolamo (a TypeScript Cardano node) and Pebble (a programming language and dApp development toolkit).
Governance Hours go beyond written documentation and create space for deeper discussion. This is an opportunity to go deeper, ask critical questions, and help others better understand what this proposal offers, ultimately supporting more informed decision-making when it comes to voting.

Roundtable Talk – Concentration of Voting Power: The Path Forward
📅 April 17, 2026 - 12:00 UTC
Cardano’s governance depends on broad participation and a healthy distribution of voting power. Recent discussions around delegation dynamics, voter engagement, and vote rationale coverage highlight an important point, this is an ecosystem-wide challenge, not tied to any single entity.
This Roundtable Talk creates space for open, constructive dialogue.
We’ll explore whether current delegation patterns are sustainable, how voting power is evolving, and what practical steps can strengthen participation while preserving decentralization and trust.
The goal is simple, move beyond frustration and into solutions, together as an ecosystem.
Joining the Roundtable:
Representatives from Cardano Foundation, EMURGO, and Intersect MBO, alongside active DReps from across the ecosystem.

🚨 Security Reminder: Deepfakes & AI Awareness
As AI technology advances, scammers are increasingly using Deepfakes to replicate voices and faces with startling accuracy to manipulate your trust.
Please remember these safety rules:
1. Question & Verify: Always remain critical of information, even if it appears to come from a familiar face or voice. Always cross-check via multiple official channels.
2. No System Commands: Never execute scripts, terminal commands, or software on your system provided by third parties or unverified sources. This is a common tactic to compromise your security.
3. No "Free" ADA: There are no legitimate events that require you to send funds in order to receive funds back.
4. Stay Vigilant: Scammers often use artificial urgency to cloud your judgment. If an offer seems too good to be true, it is a scam.

Roundtable Talk – DRep Participation in Focus: Power Is One Thing, Participation Is Another
📅 May 4, 2026 - 14:00 UTC
——
Participation, consistency, and accountability remain key themes in recent discussions around DReps. Questions around engagement levels, voting rationale's, and DRep fatigue point to a broader challenge - one needing a public debate.
This Roundtable Talk creates space for open, constructive dialogue.
We’ll explore what healthy participation looks like, how accountability can be strengthened, and what’s needed to support DRePs over time.
The goal is simple, better understand what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to evolve to strengthen DRep participation as intended by design.
