CHELSEA ANALYSIS ππ΅
We have a problem as a Club in general and we're still singling out players... We've got a bigger problem brother... This team needs an Overhaul again , from the SD'S, to the manager and players.
Neto at 26 years has no chemistry with any player on the pitch, heβs just brainless with 0 iq, every counter we get is destroyed by him. Heβs genuinely the worst winger in the history of footballers, Heβs a big and main issue of our woes. Heβs awful, dangerous to the team. Heβs very useless.

There is still a chance to re- hire Maresca... lower your ego, sack the SD'S and give him the platform and power.
We're allowed to dream aren't we?

Discussions have taken place about a change of direction. There is recognition that #Chelsea cannot bring in another coaching team with no top-level experience.

Marescaβs game had become stale, monotonous, and predictableβbut we still had structure and tactics, so the solution should have been straightforward. We just needed to bring in the line-breaking dribblers he wanted and see how it worked.
When these SD's were brought in at the sunrise of the ClearLake era, I said they had a weak small club mentalityβand people jumped on my back. Now it's clear.
Marescaβs system had become unsustainable and outdated, but so had Pep Guardiolaβs at different pointsβyet he was always given new tools to adapt. He even ditched his preferred ball-playing goalkeeper for stability.
Maresca asked for Simons and a ball-playing CB to fix the tactical gaps. Instead, the SDsβdriven by ego and poor judgmentβwent for Garnacho and Gittens, even when many of us warned against it.
For this so-called project to get back on track, the SDsβ childishness must be addressed properly.
We will however be stuck is this vicious cycle of gambling and it wont matter whether Klopp or Pep will be incharge.
People should take their childish emotions and stupid egos to their wives and girlfriendsβnot our club.

The main issue still hasnβt been solved. Sacking Rosenior is only the first step. The next step is removing the person who made Maresca walk away and somehow believed Rosenior was the better option.
You canβt gamble with a huge historic club like this.
The SDs should follow suit, and Eghbali needs to step back the same way Boehly did. Let people with real football experience make those decisions alongside the manager, otherwise weβll stay trapped in this same cycle forever.

Hopefully the new manager can make Neto Garnacho and Delap work, what the other previous managers couldnβt do, Hopefully the interim manager changes thatπ«‘

But that guy could talk and you'd just imagine us winning the league from 10th position.
Blessed mouth that one was.

Any other name being mentioned for the job is unacceptable.
Give Cesc FΓ bregas the platform, authority on transfers, and room to work and thereβs every chance he succeeds at Chelsea F.C..
The squad would respect him from day one. Heβs fluent in multiple languages, understands the modern game, knows his craft, is passionate, and has shown he can develop young players.
But whether he succeeds would depend heavily on the freedom heβs given by the sporting directors and owners. If they interfere again, they risk damaging another promising managerβs career and many supporters donβt want to see that happen.

Give the devil its due.
The movement and positioning the "mouthy" guy showed for his goal is truly world class.
His general play so far has been near his price tag.
