CHELSEA ANALYSIS ๐๐ต
It would be the most Chelsea thing to reach the final after a poor season and beat Man City to win the FA Cup. That would be a beautiful story.
And so it begins...

Before Leeds Kickoff, in the spirit of hoping for the best but expecting the worst,
I crafted a name.
Toxic Abracadabioyo in tribute to Uncle.
But the man fought like a lion.
He survived.
He lived through another day.
His "normal" days are always around the corner.
But we hope they never come soon.

If it's just the premier league experience we are seeking with the new coaching appointment, then there's Sean Dyche, there is Sam Allladyce too, .. ooh even Sir Garry O'Neil used to manage mid-table EPL teams effectively.
Most of the names we are linked to makes my stomach churn. Seems like we haven't learnt or we are so obsessed with this head coach role thing that we just can't unlearn and relearn.
We should target people with a serious winning mentality if not played at higher levels , have played at higher levels and understand the pressure and mentality that winning demands, has experience Moulding kids to men and tactical versatility to marnauver different situations.
5 people at the technical sporting level but they just sound as stupid and ignorant as 5 village old men in an alcohol den.

I'd choose and welcome back Jackson over Garnacho in the left wing a million times over and over again without blinking.
Left half wing, Forced dribbling, holdup plays, physique, Directness, Pressing and breakaways.
You may miss the crossings but 99% of Garnacho crossings are mediocre anyway.

Modern Wingers and Tempo Control in Modern Football: What Chelsea Need to Fix in Their Attack
- Modern football is really being shaped by one thing more and more: wide players who control tempo, not just midfielders sitting in the middle pulling strings. The best teams now donโt just have wingers they rely on them to set the rhythm of the entire attack.
- Look at players like Olise, Dรญaz, Doku, Douรฉ, Cherki, and Kvaratskhelia. Thereโs something different about them. Itโs not just flair or highlights. Itโs the feeling that every time they get the ball, something is about to happen. They know when to slow a game down, when to explode into space, when to take on a defender, and when to simply draw pressure to unlock everyone else. That constant decision-making is what makes them special in todayโs game.
- And then you watch someone like Bernardo Silva at Manchester City and it becomes even clearer. Even when heโs on the wing, he doesnโt behave like a traditional winger at all. He plays like a midfielder whoโs been given a wider canvas. He controls the tempo out there. He can pause a counter, drag defenders out of shape, recycle possession, or suddenly switch gears and break a team open. Itโs not just skill, itโs intelligence, timing, and total control. Thatโs what Pep keeps talking about when he says players must understand the game everywhere, not just centrally.

Part 2
-Thatโs why the modern elite teams feel so dangerous. The threat doesnโt just come from one area anymore, it comes from the wings constantly. And when you donโt have that level of quality there, you feel it immediately. Thatโs where Chelsea feel a bit short right now. Thereโs too much โpotentialโ talk and not enough players who already impose themselves on games week in, week out in those wide areas.
The path forward feels pretty obvious:
You need at least one elite winger who can genuinely tilt games on his own:
โข A No.8 with real technical ability, someone comfortable under pressure, who can carry and break lines
โข And an experienced centre-back to bring calmness, leadership, and structure at the back
- What makes things interesting is up front. Joรฃo Pedro isnโt the finished article, but the profile is very modern. He can drop into space, link play, connect attacks, and operate between lines. Heโs not at the level of Kane or Dembรฉlรฉ yet, but the way he plays isnโt far off that mould. And thatโs important because that type of striker doesnโt just finish chances, he helps build them.
At the end of the day, itโs not about overhauling everything. Itโs about adding the right kind of players in the right places. Fix the wings, add control in midfield, steady the defence and suddenly the whole team starts to feel more dangerous, more connected, and a lot more like a top side again.

Spurs players actually look up for it under Roberto De Zerbi thereโs belief, thereโs energy, maybe due to relegation danger but Heโs still got that aura and a clear identity, something players can really buy into. And if Tottenham manages to stay up, he'll have full freedom in the summer to build.
Then you look at Chelseaโฆ hearing names like Andoni Iraola, Oliver Glasner, Silvaโฆ good coaches, but it just feels flat. No spark, no presence. Coming into a squad still dealing with the Maresca shift, it doesnโt hit the same and players can feel that too.
We donโt just need a coach right nowโฆ we need a manager with atleast a background Aura ( Ex-player) . Not someone whoโs used to coaching mid-table teams.

We can only hope that the attacking players starting the match perform and are injury free throughout the match.
Otherwise we will have to bring in Fofana as a Winger and Acheampong as a10
Above all,may God protect Uncle again

Considering that Forest themselves have heavily rotated due to their Europa, this is shameless
