Elon Musk’s SpaceX has agreed to buy radio spectrum licenses to expand Starlink Mobile, aiming to become a major U.S. mobile carrier.

The deal would allow Starlink to provide cellular coverage inside buildings by combining satellite connections with ground-based networks, potentially challenging traditional telecom providers.
