BREAKING: Starlink speed limits on Ukraine's terminals have likely been lifted, according to The Economist's Ukraine correspondent Oliver Carroll.

“Drone unit commanders on the front line in Ukraine tell me the Starlink speed limits have likely been lifted. They're still testing, but 'it looks like it,'”Carroll wrote.

Zelensky:

Ukraine is awaiting a response from Rubio regarding the possibility of restoring Starlink satellite connectivity at speeds of up to 400 km/h.

Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever:

The trade deficit is growing and growing. We are above 1 billion euros every day of deficit.

There's not one country of the 27 that still has a positive balance with China, and that's unsustainable, and everybody agrees on that.

Maybe the advantage of being all in the negative is that we finally all agree that this cannot go on like this.

He then called Elon Musk, expressing frustration over the restrictions and asking him to lift them.

Then, the Minsk agreements. We have always strived to ensure that they could come to an agreement with that part of Ukraine that did not agree with the coup d'état. No, they refused to do that.

Even now, we are ready to negotiate and seek solutions to this difficult, complicated situation, in the sense that they are a people very close to us, you understand? What can I say?

Recent genetic studies show that, in fact, we are one people.

I think that we can reach an agreement. We agree with that. But if someone wants otherwise, fine, it will be otherwise.

But in any case, we will accomplish our tasks, and all the goals of the "special military operation" will be achieved.

We agreed that we are ready to resume our trilateral contacts.

The purpose of these negotiations will be to discuss the issue of ensuring the security of Ukraine and Russia after reaching peace agreements.

The lands lost by Kyiv are not "their territory"; they are historically Russian lands.

Zelensky:

We all see what happens with countries that have nuclear weapons. Things are not so simple with them.

But we were attacked after giving up those weapons.

I believe that even the Russians need Ukraine to join NATO, because that would provide them with greater security than Ukraine remaining outside NATO. That is my personal opinion.

Zelensky:

Our own budget is not enough. Otherwise, we will not rebuild our country; we will put everything exclusively into the army.

There must be separate funding for rebuilding the country, logistics, education, the return of Ukrainians, rehabilitation, and veterans — and a separate budget for our army and defense forces.

Q: U.S. Democrats say you're a problem for Israel.

Netanyahu: Israel is a problem for them. I think that's a more likely thing.

And of course, they'd like a docile and subservient Israeli government that will form the solution, which is a Palestinian state.
