Türkiye Condemns Israel

Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry denounced Israeli ministers’ provocative statements, calling them a reflection of Israel’s aggressive and expansionist policies.

The statement questions why Israel was disturbed by developments in Syria and Lebanon, which promote regional stability.

Despite no provocation from Syria, Israel carried out air and ground attacks on April 2, demonstrating its reliance on conflict-driven policies.

The ministry accused Israel of genocide in Gaza, waging war against Palestinians, and pursuing annexation in the West Bank.

Israel’s attacks threaten regional security, violating national sovereignty and fueling terrorism.

Türkiye urged Israel to abandon expansionist policies, withdraw from occupied territories, and stop undermining stability efforts in Syria.

The international community must take responsibility to curb Israel’s reckless aggression.

Turkish MFA:

Israel has become the greatest threat to the security of our region with its attacks targeting the territorial integrity and national unity of the countries in the region.

Israel is a strategic destabilizer in the region, causing chaos and feeding terrorism.
