Those who lack authentic faith in Christ frequently turn to ethno-religions and often become hyper-focused on race. In America, this can go both ways, either white supremacist or black supremacist. I’ve seen both kinds. Each declaring themselves God’s chosen people, in one way or another.

Authentic faith in Christ is always “catholic,” which is the Greek word for “universal” or “that which is common everywhere.” It spans all races, ethnicities and nationalities. Some Christians may not use this word in their regular vocabulary, but may practice it anyway in their day-to-day religious expression. These Christians only recognize two races: the race of Christ and the race of Adam. In other words, you’re either in Christ or you’re not. Skin color doesn’t matter.

The Waukesha Massacre was a hate crime. It’s was a hate crime directed toward people of European (White) race and ethnicity. It appears to be motivated by hate and a false sense of justification through ethno-religion.

As a convert to the Catholic Church, from Evangelical Fundamentalism, and through Anglicanism, I must admit the Evangelicals are partially right about the Catholic Church. It is a supernatural institution. They recognize that fully, and rightly, but because they have rejected its Christian character, they are left with only one supernatural possibility to explain it — Satan. This is, of course, where they error.

I empathize with Evangelicals in the sense that their conclusion is logical, but it is misdirected based on a false premise. If your foundational premise is wrong, you will always come to the wrong conclusion, no matter how logical your thought process is. Two which, I must agree with Evangelicals in saying this. The Catholic Church is a supernatural institution, animated by supernatural forces in spite of its own flaws and internal corruptions. Therefore, either it is of God, or it is of Satan. Either it was founded by Jesus Christ, and is still animated by the Holy Spirit, or else it is a Satanic cult, founded by the devil himself and animated by demons. It can only be one or the other. There is no room for something in between.

So as a convert to the Catholic Church, I admit fully and freely, without reservation, that I am either a member of the one, true Church established by Jesus Christ, or else I am a member of a Satanic cult. There is no other possibility.

Of course, I know the truth. The Catholic Church is Christ’s one and only Church, founded by him exclusively. As for my Evangelical brethren, still wandering in uncertainty about many things, I applaud their recognition of the supernatural character of the Catholic Church, and I challenge them to dig deeper. If the Catholic Church is supernatural, then it is either the true Church of Jesus Christ, or else it is a Satanic cult. There can be no other possibility. Dig, research, learn. Go straight to the horse’s mouth for your information. Don’t rely on what others say about the Catholic Church. Rely instead on what the Catholic Church says about itself. If you have the Holy Spirit, you should have no fear in discerning the truth by simply reading the Catholic Catechism and comparing it with the Bible.
I keep circling back to this topic today only because it is hitting the blogosphere and social media pretty hard right now. As I said earlier today, those who lack authentic faith in Christ often degenerate into an ethnocentric view of the world, obsessively focusing on race. This is because true racial harmony can ONLY happen in Christ and his One, True, Church (The Catholic Church), which seeks balance between unity and diversity with a principle called “inculturation” as outlined in Acts 15 and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Outside of this model, multicultural societies are impossible, and will always result in a backlash of racist supremacism in some form or another. We are witnessing that unfold right now in our society.

What happened in the Waukesha Massacre is increasingly being revealed as an act of anti-European terrorism, a hate crime directed against people of European (White) ethnic heritage. There can be no doubt that anti-European racism is becoming the norm in Secular society, even espoused by more and more people of European heritage themselves. Increasingly, people of European ethnic heritage are being targeted for hate crimes, and this is backed by the mainstream media in their refusal to acknowledge that anti-European hate exists, or that it is even possible for anything to happen in the name of it. Such willful blindness only serves to embolden those who embrace this kind of racism, making those in the mainstream media willing accomplices.

I know this program will come across as discriminatory, and it is. However, this may be the best thing that could happen for a lot of kids trapped in the California public school system. By forcing them to be educated at home, it will introduce many parents to the concept of home education. Since public home education sucks, and any parent who has experienced it will tell you so, many parents will begin looking for alternative distance learning programs, and some might actually try to homeschool themselves. In the long run this will save many California children from crappy education, and bring them in closer contact with their own families.

The Knights of Columbus is a good Catholic organization for men, and I do recommend it. However, there is a catch. The council you join must be directly connected to a parish, and devoted to helping that parish succeed. I am a member of just such a council. We don't have our own clubhouse. We meet in the parish itself. Our council efforts are directed primarily at helping our parish, which is a faithful and traditional parish of the Ordinariate, and we focus on building our knights up in Christian education and Catholic formation. If you're a Catholic man, go find a similar type of council and get involved. When directed the RIGHT WAY, the Knights our powerful.

Once again, JUSTICE. The jury was right about the Rittenhouse case, and the jury was right about these three men. The circumstances were very different in each case, and anyone surprised by the verdict in either case, needs to get new news sources. The verdicts send a very clear message. You can used your guns to defend yourself all you want, but you can't use them to hunt down wrongdoers and exact vigilante justice. In the Kyle Rittenhouse case, the men who got shot were pursuing/attacking an armed man. In the Ahmaud Arbery case, armed men were pursuing/attacking the the man who got shot. It's a very big difference, in which the situation was almost exactly reversed.

… and let us all remember what we have to be thankful for.
This is REAL persecution of Christians — in Finland — and it’s going on right now. The LGBT Left Is now using its pull in Finland to literally put Christians behind bars. This is coming to a country and state near you! Are you ready to go to prison for Christ? Because it’s beginning to start.

There is no need for conspiracy theories and rabbit holes. Forget about Q-Anon, and all the so-called “secret knowledge” the Internet supposedly has to offer. It’s all very simple, and it’s nothing new. Everything that’s been happening in regards to our government and the media is all very explainable, predicable and old hat. We’ve seen this before, in the East. Now it’s happening in the West. Communists always use a crisis to further their agenda. The COVID-19 crisis is real, but it is also a crisis of convenience. Communists are just doing what they always do. They never let a good crisis go to waste. The crisis is real, but the commies are using it to their advantage. The sooner we understand that, the sooner we can effectively counter them.

The French are wrong. American Wokeism is not an attack on the French Republic, it is rather an attack on French identity, religion and culture, and it’s not just limited to France. It’s America against the world.

ADVENT REFLECTIONS: In Advent, we prepare ourselves not only for the Christmas Season (which does not end, but rather BEGINS on December 25), but also we prepare for the Second Advent (or Second Coming) of Jesus Christ at the end of the world. Therefore, liturgical churches (Catholic, Anglican, Methodist and Lutheran) will often include Sunday readings that reflect on the end of the world. It seems strange reading this at this time of year, but that’s the purpose. We need to prepare for Christ’s Second Advent just as much as we contemplate and remember his First Advent 2,000 years ago.

The following is an essay I wrote for Advent 2021. It explores a topic common to many American Christians today, particularly Evangelicals. Having once been an Evangelical myself, the transition to Anglican, and then Catholic, was a rather radical one for me. One of those adjustments I had to make was on the teaching of the Rapture, which is extremely popular in Evangelical circles. Not all Evangelicals subscribe to it, but the vast majority do, and I was one of them. I no longer believe in the Rapture, and this essay explains why.

Let me make this crystal clear, so there can be no misunderstanding. Any church, that complies with government lockdown orders, will eventually die out. There are no exceptions to this. We saw what the first lockdown did to most churches. Many of them are deep in the financial hole now, and they’re lucky if more than half of their former congregation ever returned. Another church lockdown this winter will finish them off.

Churches must do everything within their power to prevent this from happening. First and foremost, they need to file lawsuits against all governments trying to lock them down. Second, they need to organize peaceful protests and vigils against governments trying to lock them down. Such vigils can even be done on the street, outside of churches, to make a point. “We’re coming here every week whether they let us in or not.” They can be held outside of city hall, state capitol buildings and governor’s mansions. This should be accompanied by copious letters to the editors of newspapers and as much media coverage as possible. Third and finally, churches should make it clear that they’re more than willing to comply with mask mandates within reason, and try to socially distance inside their buildings whenever possible, and provide plenty of hand sanitation dispensaries. OpenIng doors, and windows, and providing better ventilation inside the building are also possibilities worth considering. However, lockdown, or even limiting people from attendance (which is the equivalent of turning people away) is unacceptable and goes against our religious beliefs. Don’t be afraid to use the words “religious persecution” as needed. Yes, the survival of our churches is at stake. Start acting like it.
