The SSPX is Catholic. It is fully Catholic. It is Catholic in every way, 100%, with no exceptions. It is Catholic in the way Catholicism looked before 1970. It is Catholic, frozen in time, just as it was in 1969. This would include their love, prayers and yes, even obedience to the pope.

The problem here is that in following Catholic teaching, prior to 1970 (and technically still true today), Catholics are not obliged to follow any order from the Vatican, or even the pope, if that order is immoral. The SSPX argues that the 1970 Missal is not Catholic, therefore it’s immoral to impose this liturgy upon Catholics, without giving them the 1962 Missal option. Furthermore, the SSPX holds that many of the post conciliar teachings of Vatican II are not Catholic either, especially as presented through many local bishops and priests. Therefore the implementation of these teachings are immoral to impose on Catholics as well, so they need not be followed, according to Church teaching.

Think of the SSPX as a resistance movement within the Church, not outside of it. Though many Liberals and Modernists within the Church would like to think of the SSPX as schismatic — like the Eastern Orthodox — even the very Liberal Pope Francis has said they are not.

In the past, I have advised people to avoid the SSPX because Summorum Pontificum in 2007 liberalized usage of the Latin Mass. Now that that has been nullified by Traditionis Custodes, I can no longer direct people away from the SSPX. I will not promote the SSPX, but I will not discourage it either. I will regard attending an SSPX chapel as just something that some Catholics do.

Continue to pray for the pope. He has many problems, and struggles with his job, but at the same time he is occasionally so right, and so dead-on-target, that he shocks the world. This is one such case. The political Left is steadily moving toward tyranny (on par with Communism and Nazism) and they don’t even see it. Most Leftists are blind to self-examination and reject all criticism, even if it’s obviously true.

The only American political party most aligned with Catholic teaching is the American Solidarity Party. If you choose to vote at all, vote local and focus primarily on state politics. Put the federal government LAST on your priority list, as it is the most corrupt and least salvageable. Christians who attack Christmas/Easter, while promoting the Jewish holy days are sorely mistaken and are suffering from a terrible identity crisis, that results from a very superficial understanding of the New Testament.

Christianity is a Jewish Faith, but it is NOT Judaism. Jews founded Christianity. Jews still convert to Christianity. Many Christians have Jewish heritage. Many customs within Christianity come from Jewish traditions and culture. Still, Christianity is NOT Judaism. That’s why Christians celebrate Christmas instead of Hanukkah, and Easter instead of Passover. That’s also why Christians worship on Sunday instead of Saturday.

I can explain all this in one passage of Scripture and one word….

The Scripture passage is ACTS 15.
The word is INCULTURATION.

The Knights of Columbus was formed as a Catholic men's fraternal organization, in response to extreme anti-Catholic bigotry in the United States. In the late 1800s to early 1900s, Catholic men were frequently forced to work dangerous jobs, under poor working conditions, so the husbands would die at a young age, and the widow would be forced to surrender her children to Protestant families if she could not afford to take care of them (which was most of the time), thus ending their Catholic formation in their original home. The hope, or intention, was to wipe out Catholic religion in the United States, or at least stunt its growth as much as possible. It was an informal type of religious genocide. Under these conditions, the Knights of Columbus was formed to bind Catholic men together for the purpose of caring for the widows and their children when one of these knights would die. By binding Catholic men together in this way, Catholic men were able to rise above the dire conditions they once lived in within the United States.

Today, the Knights of Columbus is the largest men's charitable organization in the world. It is often called the "Strong Arm of the Church." The Knights of Columbus have also become a strong political lobbying group in Washington DC, as well as many state capitals. It has been a powerful force in the Pro-Life Movement, and if you like saying "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance, you can thank the Knights of Columbus. They were responsible for adding it to the Pledge.

In watching Protestants argue against Catholics, and each other, I am reminded why I became Catholic over 20 years ago. We Christians need an authority structure to maintain some minimal sense of order within our ranks. It need not be a perfect authority structure, or even a particularly holy one, but it needs to exist nonetheless. Christians left to their own private interpretation of the Bible = CHAOS.

The web of sexual abuse, including both pederasty and pedophilia, is vast and tangled in both the entertainment industry and news media. It spans out into our public schools, churches and the highest echelons of government. This is not some ridiculous Q-Anon conspiracy theory. This is just well known fact that is easily verifiable, and his been so for a very long time.

I am now 100% convinced that Pope Francis, and the Modernists now controlling the Vatican, are actively trying, wanting and hoping to create a schism in the Catholic Church, forcing the Traditional Catholics to break with Rome. It is their desire. It is what they want. Their actions have convinced me of it. The SSPX will soon rise to the occasion, I’m sure. Within two or three years, we will likely have TWO churches claiming to be Catholic in the West. This will be on par with the Eastern Orthodox schism, and will likely NEVER be repaired. As a convert to the Catholic Church, through Anglicanism and the Ordinariates, I am deeply saddened by this. My heart goes out to our Traditional Catholic brethren…

Cardinal Burke’s recovery from COVID-19 was nothing short of miraculous. Based on his age and body habitus, followed by the rapid progression of his disease process, most men would have died. I know, because I’ve watched it happen more times than I can count. His recovery was an answer to the prayers and sacrifices of many. Of this, there can be no doubt.

On the one hand, this new law will prevent another January 6 from happening, which is its intent. On the other hand, this new law will have a chilling effect on Free Speech in our nation’s capital. The National Guard can now be used to intimidate and disburse peaceful protesters, as well as violent ones. Human nature dictates that this WILL happen at some point — guaranteed. The era of large protests is over in Washington DC, whether violent or not. I’m curious to see how this new law will play at the annual March for Life in Washington DC this January.

I’ve never been one for protests or demonstration. I’ve only attended a few in my life. I find them to be useless and a waste of time. The potential for violence, or something else going wrong, greatly outweighs the benefit of showing up and waving your sign, rosary, flag or whatever. So I don’t go to them anymore, and I haven’t in years. I think the last protest I attended was in 2009.

I find that real change happens quietly, in silent revolutions, when Christians finally decide to do something about a problem, and vote accordingly. In today’s political climate, it is impossible to reform Washington DC through any means. So it’s best not to try. The best thing to do is empower the states, and try to strip Washington of as much power as possible by asserting states rights. All politics is local. That saying is true. Focus on your home town, your county and your state. Forget about the federal government. It’s lost. If you choose to vote, vote local, and you’ll likely be much more satisfied with the results.

Yesterday, Gab News published an article I wrote about the modern Judaizers of our day, and how they are really not much different from the Judaizers of ancient times during the early Church. This article has proved to be both well-liked and controversial at the same time, highlighting the severity of the problem we face. For nearly 200 years now, Christianity has been under a direct assault from modern Judaizers. These consist of any Christian who attacks other Christians for their celebration of Christmas, Easter and Halloween, as well as their worship of God on Sundays. Some examples of this include the Seventh-Day Sabbath Keepers of the 19th century, to the more recent "Messianic Jews" of the 20th century, along with a variety of Christians in-between. While it is good for Catholics, and other Christians of good will, to engage these modern Judaizers in debate about individual celebrations and observances, at the same time we must call out these people for what they are -- Judaizers! The tables must be turned. We must put them on the defensive for a change. The burden of proof is now on them. They must answer, and demonstrate, that their actions are not Judaizing. And if they are Judaizing, then they must be called upon to stop it in the name of Jesus Christ. I offer this article to my fellow Catholics, and other Christians of good will, as a template for how to recognize this heresy of Judaizing and move forward in dealing with it.
