🇬🇧 The UK's National Crime Agency has FROZEN $13.6 MILLION in the Premier League's own bank account over a crypto deal.

The money was the first payment from a $163 MILLION sponsorship with Sorare, a Messi-backed crypto fantasy card game once valued at $4.3 BILLION.

Sorare is now facing PROSECUTION for operating as an unlicensed gambling platform under UK law.

The company denies it is a gambling product and says it is not under investigation by the NCA. Trial is set for June 2027.

AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron blasted Robinhood for tokenizing AMC and other US equities, claiming it illegal.

‼️ US Treasury’s FinCEN has identified $12.7 BILLION tied to suspected crypto scams largely run by Southeast Asian criminal organizations.

The agency analyzed 33,904 reports filed between September 2023 and December 2025.

FinCEN said the scams, including pig butchering, romance baiting and crypto confidence schemes, were largely perpetrated by criminal organizations based in Southeast Asia.

Myanmar and Cambodia have passed laws imposing severe penalties, including life imprisonment in certain cases.

‼️Jack Dorsey's Block has applied to become a federally regulated Bitcoin and stablecoin bank.

The company filed with the OCC to establish "Builders Bank," an uninsured national trust bank that would custody Bitcoin and stablecoins under federal supervision.

It would not accept deposits or make loans, operating purely as a crypto custody institution.

Block joins Ripple, Circle, BitGo, Fidelity and Paxos in the race for a national trust bank charter, per Bloomberg.
