The level we are watching this morning is $20250. This is an old daily level that the bears have defended on multiple occasions.
Why is it been defended? It's got to do with the huge imbalance above. If the price can clear this level ($20250), we would expect the algos to go into buying mode and fill the imbalance, which in turn will liquidate the sellers at that level

Some thoughts on the current market conditions.

This week has shown us that anything is possible in this crazy volatile market we call Crypto. Yet, another lesson in “not your wallet, not your Crypto" Due diligence on which platform you trade is more important than ever. Undoubtedly, this will be a challenging time for many. I have been through two bear markets and watched BTC drop 50% in two days. One thing that stands true is that once the dust has settled, thats where the opportunity lies.

⭕️ BTC MACRO UPDATE

Why do we think buying the $16,000 zone is NOT THE BEST idea?

This support zone is not really strong — it can hold the price for some time, but it can not be defined as the ULTIMATE BOTTOM for Bitcoin. The Macro Technical Analysis says we can easily flip $14,8000 - $15,000 into resistance.

You can fill your bags at $15,000 - $16,000 but what will you do if the price will continue dumping to $14,000 - $12,000 - $10,000? You will suffer from moral pressing and sell in huge loss with high probability.

The difference between $16,000 and $11,000 is ±25%. Meanwhile the difference between $16,000 and $17,500 is only ±10%.

I would rather MISS 10% of potential profit than LOSE 25% of my deposit (even for a while). Hope you get my point.
