Due to the large amount of data in the server, data transfer and node migration require more time. The recovery time was extended to 2 am Hong Kong time. We are sorry about this.

1. Due to serious performance issues with dynamic IP gateways, we are talking about immediate maintenance, which will cause =FDVM= to be unavailable for about 3 hours.
2. Many customers recently consulted us about HKNative-WTT.
- Since WTT cannot provide broadband without limiting international rates, we will not increase any WTT service. Existing services will not be changed.
- We no longer publicly sell HKNatvie-WTT products with fixed IP.
3. We are negotiating with HKT on dynamic IP broadband issues. It is expected that it will be available by the end of April.
4. Our HK BGP DC will be available as soon as May.

Effective December 1, 2026, DMIT will apply an additional charge of 1 USD/IPv4 per month for products retaining IP addresses beginning with 154. This fee will be automatically added to the product's bill. You can avoid this charge by changing your IP address for free via the product control panel.

We will complete the connection with HKIX on 1st August. This will completely solve the routing problem of the content provider.
- For China routes, we will complete the PCCW connection by 10th August. Improve network quality.
- For Asian routes, the optimization will be completed after the PCCW is connected on 10th August.
