We had the pleasure of presenting a research proposal titled “Cosmetic Side Effects of Anti-Epileptic Drugs (AEDs)” 🧪💊. The study explored how these medications affect skin, hair, and overall appearance, and how they impact patients’ confidence and treatment adherence.🔍 Key Discussion Points Covered:
✅ Common cosmetic side effects (hair loss, weight changes, acne, etc.).
✅ The psychological impact of these effects on patients and their adherence to treatment.
✅ The AEDs most associated with these changes.
✅ Potential solutions to minimize these side effects.It was an insightful session with valuable discussions, and we look forward to applying this knowledge in the medical field! 📚✨

Another year filled with achievements and events in both the syndicate and service sectors has passed. These included health services, conducting scientific research, training medical staff, and organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences, among other activities aimed at improving the quality of the health system in our beloved country. Our journey in the current term has proudly been at the helm of the Daoud Research Group, steering it toward global leadership in the field of voluntary work. As we approach the end of this term, we are docking the ship, with one crew stepping down to hand over the helm to another, with hopes of taking it to even greater horizons.
