ONE ECOSYSTEM HAS TAKEN ALL DUE ACTIONS FOR INITIATING THE LICENSING UNDER THE REGULATIONS OF MiCA
In order to ensure the security of the services, provided by ONE ECOSYSTEM, the company has taken all due actions for initiating the licensing under the regulation of MiCA.
Specific rules only for asset-referenced tokens and e-money tokens apply from 30 June 2024. However, the full implementation of the European Union's Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulation is about to start from 30 December 2024. After this date, companies with submitted applications will be able to operate until their license is issued.
The company has submitted its application. On behalf of the Company, all deadlines required under the regulation of MiCA are met.
All counterparties and customers of the company shall be duly notified at the time of issuance of the license by the competent authorities.

DSP - the second stage is coming in the next months!🎉 This specially developed application will enable swapping ONEs and USDT on the external public exchange UniSwap. This will happen in three stages. Currently, we are in Stage 1: Manual swap between the Company and selected Dealshaker Merchants. After implementing USDT as a payment method and opening the platform to guests, we will enter DSP - Stage 2 - Automatic conversion between Merchants and Buyers who are non-members.
