The COVID-19 mRNA vaccines can change the microRNA (miRNA) expression.
The miRNA regulates the gene expression.
Research showed that people with adverse effects from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines had circulating exosomes with miRNA. One that stands out is miR-92a-2-5p, which controls the expression of an enzyme, peroxirredoxine 2 (PRXII).
People carrying miR-92a-2-5p-containing exosomes will more likely have a PRXII overexpression.
PRXII overexpression is associated with a wide range of cancers.

Dr. Wendi Roscoe was a researcher at Western University, Ontario for 15 years, and was a Biology and Physiology professor at Fanshawe College, Ontario for 16 years.
