These are the heroes that run towards the bombings, the collapsed piles of rubble, the massacres. The Civil Defense and the ambulance drivers save scores of lives daily while risking their own. With little to no compensation, these brave men drive patients from danger zones to hospitals for treatment, not knowing when they might themselves be attacked by the occupations.

On September 1, Translating Falasteen (@translatingpal) x The Sameer Project distributed 1,000 shekels or about $300 to each of 65 drivers in the North ambulance crews. This helps them care for their own families while they are out helping others, providing peace of mind and a big THANK YOU for their services. The distribution totaled $21,569 after 11% bank transfer fee. We paid each ambulance driver through the banking app to avoid a cash withdrawal commission.

Palestinian rescuers are heroes, their courage is endless.

I had the priviledge of riding in their ambulances during the December 2008/January 2009 Israeli massacre of Gaza, and getting to know many of them. Many were volunteers, subjecting themselves to unimaginable dangers, to rescue their fellow Palestinians.

Many I knew had been injured by Israeli bombings and snipings, many others abducted by the Israeli terrorists. Yet, they continued to help rescue and provide emergency care for the wounded.

They are unsung heroes. ❤️🇵🇸

Kennedy called it something “Democrats have wanted for 20 years, Republicans have wanted for 20 years,” but said no president had ever been able to make it happen until Trump pushed drug companies to the table.

“All we could see was all the reasons this couldn’t happen. Everybody tried. Nobody could make it happen. And it was President Trump alone who, with his doggedness and persistence, saw this clearly in a way that none of us [did],” Kennedy said.

“I can't think of any other president in the United States that could have done this in our history.”
