Did you know your kidneys are filtering your blood around the clock?
Not just producing urine, but regulating minerals, balancing fluids, and clearing what your body cannot safely store.
And they do it quietly.
Most people don’t think about their kidneys until something feels off, but strain on this system can build long before symptoms appear. Filtration depends on healthy circulation and balance within the bloodstream. When that shifts, the burden on the kidneys increases.
This is why kidney health is not just about hydration. It is about what your body is carrying and how efficiently it can clear it.
If you are looking to support that process more intentionally, you can explore options like Opti Vital Cleanse. If you choose to try it, you can use code DRT15 for 15% off.
Take care of the systems that are quietly taking care of you.

“For 125 years, a group of Catholic nuns in New York have run a FREE hospice called Rosary Hill Home. They take care of poor people dying from cancer no charge, ever. Just pure Christian charity.
Then Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a law a few years ago that forces EVERY nursing home to use preferred pronouns, house patients by gender identity (not biological sex), and let people into opposite-sex bathrooms and spaces.
The nuns said: “We treat everyone with dignity… but we can’t do that. It goes against our Catholic faith.”
So New York is now threatening them with $5,000–$10,000 fines per violation, loss of their license, and jail time.
These sisters who’ve spent their whole lives caring for the dying are being told: obey the gender rules or shut down.”

After being barred from playing for the rest of the season for comments against LGBTQ and transgender ism, a video of Chicago Bulls player Jaden Ivey street preaching went viral on social media.
The basketball player was heard on a microphone quoting from the Sermon on the Mount,
Nice to see a decent God fearing sports hero!!

GREAT news from Mary Holland on this Monday morning.
The pharmaceutical giant Merck will stop producing Gardasil (HPV human papillomavirus, vaccine) at its north Durham facility. About 150 people will be laid off.
Why? Lower global demand. A significant drop. The company sold about 40% less last year compared to 2024, dropping from $8.6 billion in Gardasil revenue to $5.2 billion.
Gardasil is the company's #2 revenue maker. What is #1? Keytruda—a cancer immunotherapy drug, so when their vaccines facilitate various types of cancer; it’s a continuous inflow of cash for them at the patients expense.

Cancer may be starting long before a diagnosis. Ryan Richardson places the focus on what may be happening years before a diagnosis. He argues that long-term nutritional deficiency, processed food, and lost nutrients may be shaping conditions inside the body long before symptoms are recognized.
Ryan Richardson brings a perspective shaped by a family history tied to prevention and metabolic health. He explains how his grandfather, Dr. John A. Richardson, began using vitamin B17.

I'm excited to announce that my second book of my A Walk With God series, Be Patient in Trouble, is almost ready! We are finalizing everything with the book company now to make this available just in time for Mother's Day.
Here is an excerpt from the book. I end every chapter with a closing prayer like this one:
"Dear Heavenly Father, all we need to do is open our eyes and look around to see the blatantly evil ways right before our eyes, actions being passed off as “normal.” We have lost our moral compass and instead of standing on what Your Word says, we make up our own rules so that we don’t ‘offend’ anyone."
I'm excited about this release of my second devotional book and thank you for those of you who have the first book, which is available here: https://drtenpenny.com/product/rejoice/
Stay tuned here for more details shortly about Book 2.

Interesting how these politicians word things. On one hand he apologizes for mistakes in judgement and on the other hand he says he will fight false allegations. He now has resigned from Congress.
And we haven't even talked about his involvement with Fang Fang.
California just got a big break unless someone even more incompetent steps in to take his place.
Who do you think the next California governor will be?

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just launched an investigation into Lululemon over toxic forever chemicals in their activewear.
Shockingly, testing shows these chemicals — linked to fertility issues — are concentrated right in the crotch area.
BlackRock and Vanguard are LuLu Lemons largest shareholders. This isn’t just about leggings, it’s about what we’re trusting on our bodies and who’s profiting and how they’re getting away with it

It's easy to have faith during easy times, but sadly, Christian persecution is no longer a distant headline. The enemy tries everything— legal pressure, cultural coercion, and reputational loss that force quiet compromise long before open hostility appears.
Today's podcast guest Charles Crismier explains why it is already advancing in the West and why most believers still fail to recognize it.
Crismier also says churches have not prepared their people for what is coming. Parents have not trained children to stand when conviction carries a cost. He says fathers must reclaim spiritual leadership inside the home. He points to the heart as the place where strength is formed before pressure arrives.
Many Christians still believe America is exempt from this persecution. They're not.

Have you heard about the Lindt lawsuit? The chocolate company is embroiled in a class action lawsuit alleging "significant amounts of lead and cadmium" in its dark chocolate bars.
"That 70% cocoa number is padded with residue and processing byproducts—heavy metals that don't leave your body."
"Over time, they can accumulate in your kidneys and brain."
That's why you need a daily detox. Our PBX spray is negatively-charged and works like a magnet, trapping positively-charged heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium and many other toxins, and carrying them out of the body within hours.
I've used it every day for years and years.
