This story is incredibly difficult to read.

“Sean Hartman was just 17 years old. He received the COVID vaccine because it was mandatory in order to play hockey.

33 days later, he was gone.Dr. Peter McCullough reviewed Sean’s autopsy and concluded the cause of death was fatal vaccine myocarditis.

Sean’s father, Dan Hartman, had no idea his son had received the shot. He never authorized it. Under Canada’s “mature minor” laws, Sean was allowed to make the decision without parental consent. The vaccine information insert was reportedly left blank.

An Ontario survey of healthcare workers revealed that 89% of patients did not feel free to choose whether or not to get the vaccine.

This week, the Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed Dan’s lawsuit against federal health officials, stating the government’s duty of care is to the public at large — not to individual citizens.

The family now has until April 24, to decide whether to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. That appeal would cost between $15,000 and $30,000 with no guarantee of success.“Sean didn’t have informed consent,” Dan Hartman said. “Neither did anyone else in Canada.”
