Good morning and happy Sunday! 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 gives us three instructions: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

This snapshot of spiritual devotion begins with rejoicing. “Rejoice” was a watchword among early Christians. The Greek term was used as a salutation.

What if one of the biggest human rights stories in the world isn't making the headlines?

In parts of Nigeria, Christians are reportedly being killed at a rate approaching 30 per day. Churches are being burned. Communities are being displaced. Across multiple continents, the pressure takes different forms ... but the pattern is difficult to ignore.

Whether you agree with the conclusions or not, the data and incidents compiled in this article deserve examination.

Awareness is the first step. Ignorance helps no one.

Read it. Review the sources. Draw your own conclusions. https://prep4survival.substack.com/p/thirty-a-day-every-day

Modern Christianity has trained too many believers to ask what God can do for them before they ask whether their lives bring glory to Him. Bob Sjogren brings that problem into the open through Cat and Dog Theology: Rethinking Our Relationship with Our Master, a book that uses humor to expose something far more serious than personality differences between pets.

This conversation does not stay light for long. Sjogren explains how self-centered Christianity can hide inside sincere belief, familiar Bible stories, church language, prosperity teaching, and even personal application. The issue is not whether God blesses His people. The issue is whether believers have quietly made themselves the center of the story.

Time to call a spade a spade. Nice to see people calling it like it is.

Body Burden is streaming now!! LAST DAY!

The film follows citizen journalist Nick Pineault as he investigates the claims of environmental medicine doctors who say they can help people heal from decades of toxic accumulation.

He was skeptical. Very skeptical. So he tested their protocols on himself.

What he discovered changed everything.

This isn't just another documentary about environmental toxins. It's a hope-filled transformation story featuring:

✅ Nicolas's shocking test results: Lead levels 34X higher than safe, mercury 29X above normal

✅ Real patient recoveries: People healing from environmental or "mystery" illnesses using proven protocols

✅ Evidence-based detox science: The techniques that are revolutionizing how we approach toxic burden

✅ One-year transformation: Nicolas's return of motivation, ambition, better relationships, and improved health

WORLDWIDE PREMIERE | MAY 25 TO JUNE 1 — movie will stream these days.

A reminder that Cholesterol Is A Good Guy! https://drtenpenny.substack.com/p/cholesterol-is-a-good-guy

Statins are the most overprescribed drug in America. Did you know that 35% of Americans over 40 now take statins, with devastating consequences and not much benefit.

Studies now show that after five years of daily use, the average person gains only three to four extra days of life—just a few days for a lifetime of potential harm.

Even more alarming, 20% of statin users suffer serious injuries like muscle deterioration, liver damage, and nerve dysfunction.

Thanks to the Midwestern Doctor for these latest stats.

What happens when an ordinary citizen gets close to political power, decides to leave, and discovers that leaving may not be an option? My guest today, Jeff Brown, learned firsthand.

Jeff is a criminal lawyer, psychotherapist, founder of the Soulshaping Institute, and author of In Trudeau's Kitchen: My Unexpected Journey with Power, Politics, and the Global Elite. His book documents a story that began with Sophie Trudeau sharing his work and evolved into something he never expected. What started as a connection to one of Canada's most recognizable political families became a years-long struggle involving surveillance, phone interception, social media suppression, obstructed investigations, and repeated efforts to distance himself from a world he no longer wanted to be part of.

After 606 days in prison, thank God Tina Peters is free.

She joined Steve Bannon on War Room today, thanking God and her supportrs. She says she will still fight to clear her name. Her passionate emphasis on prison reform and the plight of those still behind bars is incredibly endearing. It clearly shows how deeply Tina cares for others who are enduring the same circumstances she faced for nearly 2 years.

Her legal team will continue to fight to clear her name. She's getting help from the conservative group, Article III Project. Today, they asked the Justice Department to investigate Colorado officials who imprisoned former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters for tampering with county voting machines to prove there was alleged fraud in the 2020 election.
TinaPeters.us if you haven't seen Selection Code, it is a great documentary about Tina's election journey.
